Copyright and takedown policy
How Ipil Enterprises handles rights complaints and urgent safety concerns involving Shotify content.
Overview
Ipil Enterprises respects intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, and other rights. This page explains how to report content or use of Shotify that you believe infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, likeness, or another legal right.
This process is for rights complaints and urgent safety concerns. It does not replace a court order, statutory complaint, or other legal remedy. False or deliberately misleading notices may create legal liability.
Who may submit a notice
You may submit a notice if you are the rights owner or are authorised to act for the rights owner. If you are reporting a privacy, likeness, impersonation, or safety concern about yourself, explain that clearly. If you are reporting on behalf of an organisation, identify your authority to do so.
Required information
Send the notice to [copyright or legal email] with the subject Shotify rights complaint. Include:
- your full name and contact details;
- the right or interest you believe has been violated;
- a description of the original work, personal information, likeness, trademark, or other protected material;
- the exact location of the reported Shotify content, such as a public URL, account identifier, generation identifier, or clear screenshot;
- an explanation of why the use is unauthorised or unlawful;
- a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorised representative; and
- your electronic or written signature.
Do not include passwords, OTPs, payment credentials, identity documents, or unrelated personal information. If you must provide personal information to establish your rights, provide only what is reasonably necessary.
Review and action
We may acknowledge the notice, request clarification, contact the relevant account holder, restrict access to the reported material, remove or disable the material, suspend an Account, preserve relevant records, or take another action permitted by law and our Terms.
We may share a notice or relevant information with the affected user, service providers, professional advisers, law enforcement, courts, or other authorities where reasonably necessary to investigate or resolve the complaint. We will handle personal information according to the Privacy Policy.
We do not promise that every complaint will result in removal. We may decline notices that are incomplete, unverifiable, abusive, outside our control, or not supported by sufficient information.
Counter-notice or correction
If you believe material was removed or restricted in error, contact [copyright or legal email] with the relevant account or generation identifier, an explanation of the mistake, and any information supporting your right to use the material. We may restore or continue restricting access depending on the evidence, risk, legal process, and applicable law.
Repeat infringement and abuse
We may restrict or terminate Accounts that repeatedly infringe rights or use Shotify to facilitate unlawful or abusive conduct. We may also limit future uploads, generation requests, or access to shared content.
